T&C's and CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Our terms and conditions stipulate: By appointing Wildsiders to walk your dog you hereby agree to: pay your invoices within 7 days of receipt for walks concluded; give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling a booking, otherwise you will be liable for full payment for the booking; not send your dog to Wildsiders if it has any infectious condition and to notify Wildsiders of any medical conditions it may have; ensure that your dog is up-to-date with its vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and its de-worming treatments; give Wildsiders the right to walk other dogs at the same time as yours; reimburse Wildsiders for any unexpected expenses incurred by the care of your dog; deliver your dog microchipped and in a collar or a well-fitting harness with ID tag; accept full responsibility if your dog attacks or injures a person, dog or other animal, and cover any and all costs that may result in such an event; give Wildsiders permission to use images of your dog in public areas for use in social media such as Instagram; understand that dog-walking may involve risk to your dog, including that during the course of normal dog play your dog might sustain injuries; waive and release Wildsiders, its owners and any future employees or sub-contractors from any liabilities of any nature for any injury or damage to any third parties resulting from the action of your dog and indemnify Wildsiders against any such liabilities; give permission to the owners of Wildsiders and any of its future employees and sub-contractors to allow your dog off lead, hereby confirming that your dog has full recall; agree that Wildsiders has the right to cancel bookings/refuse future bookings if your dog is a poor fit for Wildsiders; agree that Wildsiders has the right to return immediately any dogs which jeopardise the safety of other people and/or dogs; agree that Wildsiders has the right to take dogs who are injured to the closest veterinary surgery if the need arises; confirm that, although Wildsiders holds public liability insurance, your dog is insured against the same.
